"Our entire (very old) unit finally gave out and we were without AC during the hottest summer we've ever experienced. Steve was able to get to us ASAP, gave us the cheapest quote, and after getting a couple other estimates, we made an appointment for him to come out and do the job. The day before our appointment, Steve contacted the supply house to confirm our unit was available for pickup, which it wasn't. He was super apologetic (it wasn't his fault, so he had nothing to apologize for, but we appreciated the sentiment) and arranged to come out the day after.
